When i wanted to open to open a savings account, Nicolet bank was the only bank that didn't turn me down (say no) because of my credit score. They've always greeted me with a smile, and have been very courteous.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Always have new people that never know what they are doing! I have worked in the customer service industry all of my life and I have never witness such horrible representatives! I am never given a clear answer to my questions. When calling the customer service line I am given one answer, then I call another line and I am given a completely different answer. I have been hung up on, talked over, and treated terribly. I will never recommend this bank to anyone, ever!
